Natural Conventional Cocoa Liquor it’s a very dark color viscous liquid or solid, not bitter or acid, made from a blend of the Finest highest quality cocoa beans, due to its fermentation process and Trinitarium base origin, that it goes through the most rigorous process developed in more than 50 years of experience that allows to achieve and preserve the nicest taste of pure cocoa.

APPLICATIONS  
Appropriate for the production of covertures and chocolates.  
STORAGE CONDITIONS  

Store at temperature between 25 - 28 ºC. The relative humidity should be 50% or less. The product should be placed in a zone that allows appropriate air circulation. Don’t expose directly to sun
