Sweet Cocoa Powder is a dry powder, dark brown color, made from a blend of the Finest highest quality organic cocoa beans, due to its fermentation process and Trinitarium base origin, that it goes through the most rigorous process developed in more than 50 years of experience that allows to achieve and preserve the nicest taste of pure cocoa, mixed with the most delicious sugar cane. It's not bitter or acid, and it's impurity free, smell or strange tastes.
APPLICATIONS
It is convenient for ice cream, milk chocolate drinks, cookies, covertures, chocolate for powdered drinks, pastry and as mixture in tobacco.
STORAGE CONDITIONS
It must be storage at a temperature between 25-28 ºC. The relative humidity should be 50% or less. The product should be placed in a zone that allows appropriate air circulation.
